30-Days Money Back Guarantee

JIVIANNI™ offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you can demonstrate with photo evidence that our Moissanite differs visually from an equivalent diamond (VVS1 Clarity, DEF colorless rating, same carat size), and provide the diamond's certification for verification, you may be eligible for a refund.

 

JIVIANNI™ Hassle-Free 30-Day Returns

 

We're confident in the quality of JIVIANNI™ products, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Within 30 days of delivery, you're welcome to return or exchange any item bought directly from our website.

How to Proceed with Returns or Exchanges:

  • Return the item within 30 days to our designated address.
  • Ensure the item is unworn and in original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and tags.
  • Return shipping, with tracking and insurance, is at your expense.
  • Share the return tracking code and secured packing slip image via email.
  • Once inspected, you'll receive a refund or store credit to reorder.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • Report any defects or wrong items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email us with evidence and choose between store credit or a replacement.
  • We'll review your claim and, if approved, proceed accordingly.

Note: We don't cover wear and tear or sizing issues. Inform us immediately of sizing concerns. Please check the size chart listed on our product pages. Modifications or resizing before returning will void the return policy. Due to health hazard we can't exchange or accept returns for any earrings.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Express shipping fees are also non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item without any other charges. You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to JIVIANNI.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Try And Buy Service

We do not offer a try-and-buy service, for example, if you purchase multiple rings/sizes to see which one you would like, we will not be accepting returns/refunds on a particular ring you want to send back.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
